"I visited this pub with my partner at the weekend for a meal. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They offered us to sit where we wanted. My partner had ribs and chips and I had fish & chips. We both said our meals were the nicest we’d had in a while! We are looking forward to going back soon"

"We had the pork roast and the vegetarian roast, both really tasty and felt properly homemade. Portions were generous and the whole meal had that comforting, home-cooked feel. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We visited around 5pm on a Sunday and there were plenty of tables available and little to no wait for our food to arrive. Would definitely visit again if we’re in the area."

The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s a dog-friendly spot too, which is always a bonus. We’d definitely visit again!"

"Food was excellent! Once we placed our order it came fast. Service is really lacking however. Had to ask for drinks multiple times, bartender was busy talking to locals. Server didn't check on us once, asked for the check twice waiting 25 minutes after we were done. It wasn't busy, was a Monday evening, just lack of service."
